5 lessons for those who want to startup through the film "The Martian".

Sunday evening, I took the time to go see a film of great fiction on the subject of the universe-"The Martian" (out in Vietnam with the name "People from Mars"). Matt Damon plays Mark Watney-an astronaut trapped at Mars in a film that Director Ridley Scott has fascinating stories to tell about human survival instinct. I wonder how that Hollywood always out for fabulous stories to the fireplace so about the universe, think, from "Gravity" (screened in Vietnam with the name "gravity" not war), "Interstellar" ("the black hole of death"), and is now ' The Martian ". When the film through the brilliant Mars setting, gorgeous, I've just realized that there are a few lessons that the originator can be drawn from this film. Here are 5 things that I've been testing out and would like to share with everyone:
1. the last Scene of the film is a memorable conversation. When Mark Watney are explained in a classroom after he returned from Mars-"the universe against us, so the fear of death is a natural. We need to make to die just to solve problems until other issues aimed at the goal of existence". Let's ponder this issue to world-wide from startup-where most of the start-up project abortive, others give up hope when the troubles first struck, while only a small number still survive to the end.
2. same as Steve Jobs once said-When looking back at the way has ever spent, we will be able to connect to the things together-when he insisted on taking some classes that he attended from the time of the University (in particular) helped him in his life and later career (in the design of the Macintosh). Similarly, Mark Watney was a botanist and you have used all the knowledge that I have to become the first person to start the cultivation on Mars. Therefore, those who start young, before quitting school, make sure that you have obtained a solid foundation at least of a certain field-you never know when they might become his inspiration just as Steve Jobs or Mark.
3. the harsh survival of Mars is an extremely difficult problem and the need to have these thoughts fantasy feature, break, exit trail. If to exist means you need to plant the potatoes by her own major, then simply do it. Ask Mark a try-nostril and your senses really not pleasant, but OK, it was the potatoes that has helped him survive within 561 days. Those starting a business starting a look as possible on things that you often feel horror or unexpected – that probably is where those problems and your solutions are focused. As the famous quote by Mark in this movie-"You need to research about feces to exit out of the nowhere". Both literally and figuratively.
4. You never know is that anyone can be Rich Purnell in your group. Rich was a British Aerospace Dynamics (astrodynamist)-hard and take advantage of but but people didn't care about the boss, rank, or control. He is the person who ultimately gave the solution to save Mark. Those starting a business have to determine who is the Rich Purnell in their team. Find a guy that has a real glass, not follow read and creative minded-person just interested in solving problems and keeping Toad view what is your position. They will probably be the Savior for your startup business. Please respect intellectual and don't believe the sucker.
5. and now the last lesson-how can I talk about starting a business without neglecting not referred to the venture capital fund.NASA in this film plays both roles, as the villain, Savior of the Mark. NASA will train you in some way and take you up the spaceship to go to Mars, however, if such things happen, the uncertainties they pose tough choices that will put the public interest first. NASA said "no" to rescue the life of Mark and risking the lives of 5 others on Hermes, but to the end of the day then ended both NASA and the Hermes was rescued by Mark. So, if you encounter a venture capital fund making it hard for you, think of them NASA-like-they should be able to sacrifice for a common purpose more lofty, but if you were building a team, like the Hermes crew team, you can be confident that the fish that they risked their lives for you and for your startup business.
A great movie and the lessons are extremely helpful for people starting a business.
